Day 1 - Opt in creation:

  • The marketing know-how in order to sell more products/services

Two days to Get your Mailing List growing and working for you

I’m so excited to welcome you to the glorious Maven and have us work on your business together. Let’s be clear, I’m not doing this for you. I’m going to give you the tools and know-how for you to create your opt-in and email automation yourself. Using my knowledge of Canva, Quiz creation websites and my writing skills we’ll pull together a set of posts that are perfect for your brand. With my help, you’ll create a freebie, plus a flurry of scheduled emails to follow, all automated.

We’ll tick off the one thing you’ve been wanting to create for months (dare I say years) and have it working seamlessly so you can put your feet up and be motivated to write meaningful emails to your audience to help them to stay engaged and buy from you!

A little about me…

I’m Louise Crockett: Virtual Assistant, Christmas expert (I sell letters from the big man!), and general jack of all admin trades! I became a VA just over 6 years ago and in that time I’ve worked with all sorts of businesses, from branding experts to photographers; ADHD specialists to community liaison officers…even a bus company!

Once I had learnt how to build a website and a thing or two about branding, I launched my second business, A Magical Letter. Every Christmas I'm lucky enough to write personalised letters from Father Christmas. Let's just say he's my only seasonal client!

Over the last 6 years I’ve learnt so much about running a business, whether my own or my clients. And I’ve seen first hand how sending regular emails to customers creates sales. I know it sometimes feels icky writing sales emails but they don’t have to be icky at all. A simple email with your two penny’s worth with a little reminder at the bottom of what you’re offering is sometimes all it needs.

I really want to share my knowledge with others and I get a real buzz running workshops where I share my know-how with others so that they can learn what I know, but also can finish the day having achieved something.

Who is this workshop for?

Anyone who has said time and time again that they need to get a freebie set up and an automated email sequence. This workshop is for you if you simply need the time to focus, learn the tech, get some writing tips and GET IT DONE! 

Will you be gentle with me?

Absolutely! I wanted to run this as an in-person workshop specifically to help you with those tricky tech questions and to help you get it done. I promise not to bite...and will make sure there’s cake!

I don’t have any ideas about what to create a freebie on

That’s ok. When you book I’ll ask you some questions on whether you know what you want to create and will be on the end of an email with some ideas on what you might create. I’ve also got this helpful freebie that might help (see what I did there!)

I don’t know how to use Canva or Email systems like Mailerlite

Don’t worry! It’s honestly not difficult and I’ll be there to hold your hand to show you the basics. You don’t need to be a Canva pro to create awesome graphics and as soon as your up and running with Mailerlite (or equivalent) it’ll be easy as pie.

I already have a freebie, do I need to pay for and attend both days?

No! You can opt to just do one of the days. When you click through to pay you’ll get the option to just do one day.

How much is this setting me back?

The two-day workshop is £250 or you can choose to do just one of the days for £150.
